Job summary

GT Consultants & Associates is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support day-to-day HR operations onsite in Ugong Norte, Quezon City. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, people-oriented, and able to balance employee support with business needs. Onsite work is required in Quezon City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, HR administration, and labor compliance.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor standards, employee discipline, statutory benefits, and HR documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions and coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements.
• Support employee relations initiatives and address workplace concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and HR administration activities.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor standards and maintain HR records and documentation.
