Job summary

Scale Up Philippines is seeking a highly technical Funnel, Systems & Analytics Operator to personally build and operate the core acquisition funnel infrastructure for a premium activation model. You will own end-to-end funnel implementation, automation, CRM design, and analytics, with minimal reliance on external developers.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building and operating acquisition funnels.
• Strong experience with CRM configuration, architecture, pipelines, workflows, and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to personally implement marketing automation systems.
• Experience building landing pages, forms, lead qualification processes, and lead-scoring models.
• Demonstrated experience diagnosing and improving existing funnel/tech stacks without full rebuilding.
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and marketing analytics.
• Ability to integrate multiple marketing and sales platforms and troubleshoot issues.
• Independent, self-directed work style with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Personally build, configure, launch, and maintain acquisition funnels end to end.
• Create and optimize landing pages, forms, qualification flows, and conversion pathways.
• Translate acquisition strategies into functioning technical systems with limited external help.
• Identify and resolve technical issues affecting funnel performance and conversion.
• Design and maintain CRM pipelines, workflows, and data routing.
• Build automated workflows for lead follow-up, segmentation, qualification, and nurturing.
• Configure email nurture sequences and trigger-based communications.
• Set up tracking and dashboards to provide actionable funnel insights.
• Continuously improve workflows based on funnel and conversion data.
• Build and maintain integrations between CRM, landing pages, forms, email platforms, analytics tools, and other marketing systems.
