Job summary

• Polytechnic diploma or equivalent experience (marketing, communications, business, or related fields preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills — must be comfortable presenting findings and recommendations.
• Able to work independently and take initiative to explore improvements in the lead generation funnel.
• Interest or experience in real estate, proptech, or high-touch service industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and optimize the full customer journey — from offline ad exposure to website landing pages and lead form submissions.
• Analyze funnel performance and drop-off points and provide clear, actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with the project and tech teams to improve landing pages, customer touchpoints, and user flow.
• Coordinate and align with the marketing team on campaign messaging and lead qualification metrics.
• Prepare weekly or bi-weekly reports using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Atlassian/Mixpanel).
• Make strategic suggestions to improve conversion rates and overall MQL volume.
• Conduct periodic ground checks or mystery shopping to understand and optimize offline campaign impact.
