Job summary

Scale-Up Philippines is seeking a highly technical, hands-on Funnel, Systems & Analytics Operator in Bulacan to build and optimize acquisition funnels, CRM pipelines, and marketing automation. The role requires independently implementing end-to-end systems, troubleshooting issues, and driving data-driven improvements.

The successful candidate will develop automated email sequences, tracking, and dashboards to improve lead quality and conversions for an international entertainment technology

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building funnels, configuring CRM pipelines, and marketing automation.
• Experience with landing pages, email automation, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, funnel analytics, and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing tech systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize acquisition funnels, landing pages, forms, and conversion workflows.
• Configure and manage CRM pipelines, lead qualification, scoring, and segmentation.
• Develop automated email sequences, lead nurturing, and follow-up workflows.
• Implement conversion tracking, attribution, and performance analytics.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor lead quality, funnel performance, and conversions.
• Integrate CRM, email marketing, landing pages, and analytics platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, broken workflows, and data inconsistencies.
• Identify funnel drop-offs, conduct performance tests, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Optimize existing systems to generate more qualified business opportunities.
