OneLot Financing Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager to own and run the finance function as the company scales. You will oversee financial reporting, lending accounting, treasury, compliance, and internal controls in a hands-on, fast-paced fintech environment.

You will drive accuracy in reporting, manage loan accounting, support tax and regulatory filings, and collaborate with external auditors. The role requires CPA and solid experience in lending/fintech within the Philippines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.
• At least 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience owning a finance function or significant areas within it.
• Strong experience in lending, fintech, financing, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of loan accounting, interest recognition and EIR, provisions, reconciliations, and lending-related tax and regulatory requirements.
• Hands‑on experience in financial reporting, treasury, cash flow management, payments, disbursements, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Strong understanding of Philippine accounting, tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

• Own and operate a reliable finance function to support business growth.
• Lead financial and management reporting with accuracy and timely reconciliation.
• Manage loan book accounting, interest income, EIR, provisions, and related tax/regulatory reporting.
• Oversee treasury and finance operations including payments, disbursements, and cash forecasting.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory filings across Philippine and Singapore entities.
• Improve reconciliations, systems, workflows, and internal controls to strengthen governance.
