OneLot is seeking a Finance Supervisor to support and strengthen our finance operations in Makati. You will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensure records are accurate, and collaborate with internal teams and external accounting partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Review and process invoices with accurate recording of transactions.
• Coordinate with external accounting partner on bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Support tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting and processes.
• Ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant with policies/regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and reporting.
