Job summary

ProCredit Financing Corp is seeking a Finance Manager to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial operations, including processing, reporting, tax compliance, and audit readiness. You will lead finance staff, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate with auditors and regulators to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong willingness to learn, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of journal entries and accounting transactions.
• Review and approve invoices, receipts, and other financial documents prior to posting.
• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure tax compliance and timely filing of DST, withholding tax, and income tax returns.
• Maintain audit readiness and implement internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable and monitor budgeting and variances.
• Mentor finance staff and drive process improvements.
