You have a CPA qualification, at least 6 years in finance and accounting, and hands-on experience with lending, loan accounting, revenue recognition, and regulatory requirements.
Location: Makati City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
OneLot is a fintech company helping used-car dealers grow their businesses through inventory financing and technology.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function and strengthen the systems, controls, and processes that support the business.
This is a hands-on role covering financial reporting, lending finance, treasury, compliance, and finance operations. You will work closely with leadership and external partners while building a finance function that can support a growing lending business.
As Finance Manager, you will own the day-to-day reliability and integrity of the company's finance function.
You will:
Own financial and management reporting, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, complete, and reconciled to the underlying books and operational systems.
Manage lending finance and accounting, including loan book accounting, interest income and EIR treatment, provisions, LMS-to-books reconciliation, lending-related taxes, dealer payouts and incentives, repossession-related accounting, and applicable financing company regulatory reporting.
Manage treasury and finance operations, including payments, loan disbursements, cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, bank coordination, approvals, and supporting documentation.
Oversee accounting, tax, and statutory compliance through external accounting and tax partners, ensuring filings, payments, financial statements, and regulatory requirements are accurate and completed on time.
Coordinate audits and compliance requirements across the company's entities.
Build and improve finance processes, controls, and systems, strengthening reconciliations, workflows, reporting, and financial governance as the business scales.
We are looking for someone with strong finance fundamentals and practical experience working in a lending or financial-services environment.
You should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA qualification required.
At least 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
Strong experience in lending, financing, fintech, banking, or financial services is preferred.
Practical knowledge of loan accounting, interest recognition and EIR, provisions, reconciliations, and lending-related tax and regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience in financial reporting, treasury, cash flow management, payments, disbursements, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Strong understanding of Philippine accounting, tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Experience working with external accountants, tax advisers, and auditors, with the ability to review and take ownership of their outputs.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and spreadsheets.
Strong ownership and judgment, with the ability to work independently in a lean and fast-moving environment.
You will help build a finance function that the business can rely on.
That means:
Management has accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.
Loan and finance records are properly reconciled across operational and accounting systems.
Cash requirements and disbursements are actively managed.
Tax, regulatory, and audit requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Finance processes become stronger and more scalable as the company grows.
This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of finance in a growing fintech business.
Rather than stepping into a highly segmented finance organization, you will work across the function, solve real operational and accounting challenges, and help shape how finance operates as OneLot scales.
You will work closely with the CEO and other business leaders, giving you visibility into both the financial and operational sides of the company.
If you enjoy building, improving, solving problems, and taking ownership, this role provides the opportunity to make a significant impact.
