Job summary

OneLot Financing Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager to own the finance function for a growing fintech lending business in Makati. You will lead financial reporting, treasury, compliance, and operations, partnering with leadership and external partners.

You have a CPA qualification, at least 6 years in finance and accounting, and hands-on experience with lending, loan accounting, revenue recognition, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• CPA qualification required.
• At least 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Strong experience in lending/fintech or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day reliability and integrity of the finance function.
• Manage financial reporting, lending finance, treasury, and compliance.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory filings with external partners.
• Build and improve finance processes, controls, and systems as the business scales.
• Work with leadership to provide timely, accurate financial information.
