Job summary

OneLot Financing Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager to own and run the finance function, including reporting, lending accounting, treasury, compliance, controls, and finance operations.

You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, overseeing key financial processes and partnering with leadership to scale the business and ensure robust governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA qualification required.
• 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning a finance function.
• Strong experience in lending, fintech, financing, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Practical knowledge of loan accounting, interest recognition and EIR, provisions, reconciliations, and lending-related tax and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, treasury, cash flow management, payments, disbursements, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Strong understanding of Philippine accounting, tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience reviewing or coordinating the work of external accountants, tax advisers, or auditors.

About OneLot

OneLot is a fintech company helping used-car dealers grow their businesses through inventory financing and technology.

As we scale, we are looking for a Finance Manager who can take hands‑on ownership of our finance function, covering financial reporting, lending accounting, treasury, compliance, controls, and finance operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in lending, financing, fintech, banking, or financial services who is ready to take broader ownership in a fast‑moving and hands‑on environment.

What You’ll Own

As Finance Manager, you will help build and run a reliable finance function that can support the business as it grows.

You will be responsible for:

• Financial and management reporting: ensuring reports are accurate, timely, complete, and properly reconciled to the underlying books and operational systems.
• Lending finance and accounting: managing loan book accounting, interest income and EIR treatment, provisions, LMS-to-books reconciliation, lending‑related taxes, dealer payouts and incentives, repossession‑related accounting, and applicable financing company regulatory reporting.
• Treasury and finance operations: managing payments, loan disbursements, cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, bank coordination, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance: working closely with external accounting, tax, and audit partners to ensure filings, payments, financial statements, and regulatory requirements are accurate and completed on time.
• Audit and compliance coordination: supporting the finance compliance calendar and annual audit requirements across the Philippine and Singapore entities.
• Finance processes and controls: improving reconciliations, systems, workflows and internal controls to strengthen financial governance and support the business as it scales.

What We’re Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA qualification required.
• 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning a finance function or significant areas within it.
• Strong experience in lending, fintech, financing, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Practical knowledge of loan accounting, interest recognition and EIR, provisions, reconciliations, and lending‑related tax and regulatory requirements.
• Hands‑on experience in financial reporting, treasury, cash flow management, payments, disbursements, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Strong understanding of Philippine accounting, tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience reviewing or coordinating the work of external accountants, tax advisers, or auditors.
• Strong proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership in a lean environment.
