Job summary

JB Elite Corporation is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to drive sales growth and develop strong customer relationships. You will lead the Sales & Marketing Team, conduct frequent field work, and identify new business opportunities across semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

Graduated with engineering degree and strong background in sales.
Proven track record in sales and business development.
Experience in semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing.
Strong industry relationships.
Ability to hit sales targets and build new accounts.
Experience leading Sales & Marketing teams.
Strong skills in market research, data collection, analysis, reporting.
Willing to conduct frequent field work and customer visits.
Knowledge of AI tools, CRM, and reporting platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on, analytical, proactive, results-oriented.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Team.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Conduct frequent field work, customer visits, and business development activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain a strong industry network and business contacts.
Conduct market research and gather market, customer, and competitor information.
Identify new business opportunities, potential accounts, and market trends.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market information.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of leads and opportunities.
Ensure the Sales & Marketing Team follows required AI tools, systems, reporting, and company processes.
Work closely with Service, Engineering, and Management to support customer requirements and business opportunities.
Provide management with market insights, sales updates, and recommendations.
