Job summary

JB Elite Corporation in Carmona, Cavite is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. You will coordinate customer requirements, prepare quotations and orders, and help ensure smooth communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in semiconductors or electronics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or related field.
• 1–2 years in semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing industry preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to prepare documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, reports, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Monitor and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and pending transactions.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely processing of requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Assist the sales team during visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Support product inquiries and customer coordination for semiconductor/electronics products.
• Assist in company events, trade shows, seminars, and other sales activities.
• Perform other related sales coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.
