Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a guest services professional for a permanent residence role across various locations. You will work with the Residence Manager to deliver courteous services and promptly handle guest requests.

This position requires flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with a focus on professional, courteous communication and a strong guest relations mindset.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Residence Manager and provide courteous services to guests.
• Respond to guests’ requests and inquiries efficiently and tactfully.
• Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the residence’s policies.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests and project hospitality.
• Take ownership of problems and report to the supervisor for follow-up.
• Ensure guest room security, emergency and fire procedures are followed.
