ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive, Reservation to manage guest inquiries, bookings, and payments within a hospitality and entertainment setting. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, timely responses, and seamless coordination with internal teams to fulfill guest requests.

The successful candidate will handle amendments, cancellations, and changes, ensuring high service standards while working in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Possess a min in Diploma in any relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from guests, providing prompt and professional assistance with enquiries and requests.
• Follow up with guests regarding payments, booking confirmations, changes, and other necessary. Process booking requests accurately and efficiently, including requests received from travel agencies and other relevant parties.
• Assist with amendments, cancellations, and changes to existing reservations and bookings.
• Ensure all bookings, requests, and guest information are accurately recorded and updated in the relevant systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate arrangements for products and services requested by members and guests.
• Understand guests' needs and expectations to deliver a positive service experience and maintain high service standards.
• Handle and resolve guests' feedback and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
