Job summary

ST Venture Employment Agency is seeking an attentive hotel F&B service professional to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner. You will help maintain clean dining and service areas and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

The role is full-time with a 6-day work week from 7am to 3pm, hotel setting, and meals provided. Training is available for those new to F&B, and a team-focused, guest-centered attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B service experience is preferred, but training can be provided.
• Friendly, responsible and service-oriented.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• No OT
• Provide 1 meal

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean cups, glasses and other service items when required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and replenishing beverages, condiments and other F&B supplies when required.
• Ensure the dining and service areas are clean, tidy and properly maintained.
• Attend to guests’ requests and enquiries promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain good hygiene and follow food safety standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
