Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Workforce Management: Schedule Optimization—create and manage daily and weekly staff schedules to balance therapist availability with guest demand.
• Attendance Tracking: Oversee daily attendance, manage time-off requests, and handle shift adjustments to maintain seamless spa operations.
• Team Development: Assist in ongoing training and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
• Operational Excellence & Guest Experience: Quality Control—ensure facilities, treatment rooms, and reception areas are clean, safe, and aligned with brand standards.
• Guest Relations: Act as the primary escalation point for guest inquiries and requests, handling interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Commercial & Administrative Duties: Revenue Growth—drive spa revenue by promoting treatments and coaching upselling practices; Inventory Management—monitor levels and coordinate with procurement.
• Financial Reconciliation: Assist in daily sales and expense tracking and end-of-day reconciliations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of guest appointments, preferences, and daily logs.
