Job summary

Jardine Service Centre Philippines is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to handle room reservations via phone, email, online booking platforms and live chat. The role requires accurate processing of bookings and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed sales in line with hotel targets.

The incumbent will input, update, and access data in the reservation system, communicate effectively across departments, and upsell hotel services to delight guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in a customer service or reservations role within hotel, travel agency, or call center.
• Working knowledge of Opera, Infor, or similar PMS and reservation platforms.
• Ability to upsell hotel services and convert inquiries into sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle room reservations through phone, email, online platforms, and live chat.
• Input, update and access data in reservation system per hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations and F&B to fulfill requests.
• Upsell services including restaurant reservations, Spa and fitness offers.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
