Marriott Hotel Manila is seeking a Sales/Guest Services associate to promote brand image and maximize revenue through up-selling while preserving guest loyalty. You will explain preview package sales/tours to potential owners and verify eligibility for Marriott Vacation Club properties.

You will welcome guests, respond to inquiries about facilities and services, record messages accurately, and uphold company policies.

• Promote brand image internally and externally and use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Recognize opportunities to up-sell and sell enhancements to create a better Marriott experience or event.
• Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
• Verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour for Marriott vacation club properties.
• Determine and give compliments to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets).
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; address guests' service needs; thank guests.
• Follow all company policies; maintain confidentiality; protect company assets.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach goals; respond to concerns of other employees.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤10 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
