Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced travel customer service professional in Cebu City to assist customers with inquiries and bookings. The role requires coordinating with service providers to arrange accommodations and transportation, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends.

You will handle complaints, ensure high customer satisfaction, and accurately enter client information into the CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
