Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an onsite Reservation Agent in Cebu City to provide expert travel consultation and handle bookings for clients with shifting schedules. You will liaise with airlines and hotels, coordinate transfers, and assist with travel requirements and documentation.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities, and familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as Reservation Agent/Travel Consultant.
• Experience handling escalated cases and direct passenger communication is an advantage.
• Must have recent experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online booking/reservation tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Capable of multitasking and efficiently managing multiple client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide travel consultation on destinations, transportation, accommodations, and travel requirements.
• Book flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, and tours based on client preferences and budget.
• Handle customer service and escalations, addressing concerns and offering solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with travel regulations, visas, and entry policies.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport providers to confirm bookings.
• Prepare travel documentation, reports, and maintain confidential client records.
