Job summary

Panero is expanding with Public Goods, a casual day-to-night bakery and restaurant. As a Guest Host, you set the hospitality tone, warmly welcoming guests and guiding them through the menu with genuine recommendations.

You will manage POS transactions, maintain floor cleanliness, bus tables, and collaborate closely with bakery, beverage, kitchen, and fellow hosts to ensure a vibrant, guest-centric experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-driven approach with guest-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to navigate POS and handle payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of the dining floor.
• Collaborate with baristas, kitchen, and bakery teams.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality & floor presence: lead with warmth and anticipate guest needs.
• Guest service: welcome guests and guide through menu with recommendations.
• POS & cashiering: accurately ring up orders and process payments.
• Floor & table care: run food, bus tables, and keep dining area clean.
• Station pride: keep pastry cases and displays neat and stocked.
• Team collaboration: liaise with other teams to ensure seamless service.
