Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions and coordinate introductions and arrangements.
• Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and plan setup, timelines, and guest needs.
• Fulfill special banquet event arrangements and follow up to ensure compliance.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff, develop positive working relationships, and provide excellent service.
