Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Sales-focused professional to maximize the effectiveness of Relationship Managers across Corporate and Business Banking sectors in Manila. The role involves refining sales strategies, bundling RCBC products with partners, and driving quick performance campaigns to lift CASA and ADB metrics.

The successful candidate will bring a business-focused background, 5–7 years in transaction/relationship banking, and strong proficiency with office tools, enabling effective collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Knowledge of cash management, electronic banking and transaction banking.
• 5–7 years of experience in transaction banking or relationship management.
• Proficiency in common office software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-deal reviews to understand why mandates were won or lost and refine sales strategy.
• Collaborate with external bank partners and affiliates to bundle RCBC solutions for a comprehensive client ecosystem.
• Conceptualize and execute targeted sales 'Sprints' to drive CASA ADB growth.

• Responsible for maximizing the commercial effectiveness of the Relationship Managers across Corporate and Business Banking Sectors

How will you contribute?

• Conduct post-deal reviews to understand why mandates were won or lost, and use these insights to refine the IBG sales strategy and product positioning.
• Collaborate with external Bank partners and YGC affiliates to bundle solutions with RCBC products, creating a more comprehensive and "sticky" client ecosystem
• Conceptualize and execute targeted sales "Sprints" designed to drive immediate spikes in CASA ADB and throughout.

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, management, finance, marketing, accounting, or economics
• working knowledge of cash management, electronic banking, transaction banking, and banking regulations
• At least five to seven years of industry experience in the areas of transaction banking and accounts or relationship management
• Proficiency in customary office software
