Job summary

RCBC in Makati seeks a Relationship Manager with 5–7 years in transaction banking to maximize commercial effectiveness across corporate and business banking sectors. You will drive post-deal reviews, partner with external banks and YGC affiliates to bundle RCBC solutions, and design targeted sales initiatives to boost CASA ADB and overall client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, management, finance, marketing, accounting, or economics.
• Working knowledge of cash management, electronic banking, transaction banking, and banking regulations.
• 5–7 years of industry experience in transaction banking and accounts or relationship management.
• Proficiency in customary office software.

• Conduct post-deal reviews to understand why mandates were won or lost, and use these insights to refine the IBG sales strategy and product positioning.

What will make you successful?
