Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Relationship Manager to maximize the commercial effectiveness of the corporate and business banking teams in Metro Manila. The role focuses on driving client value and revenue across sectors.

You will conduct post-deal reviews, collaborate with external bank partners and YGC affiliates to bundle solutions, and design targeted sales sprints to boost CASA ADB and overall performance. Strong analytics, relationship-building, and strategic sales skills are essential to succeed in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, marketing, accounting, or economics.
• 5–7 years of experience in transaction banking or relationship management.
• Experience collaborating with bank partners and affiliates is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard office software.

How will you contribute?

• Conduct post-deal reviews to understand why mandates were won or lost, and use these insights to refine the IBG sales strategy and product positioning.
• Collaborate with external Bank partners and YGC affiliates to bundle solutions with RCBC products, creating a more comprehensive and "sticky" client ecosystem
• Conceptualize and execute targeted sales "Sprints" designed to drive immediate spikes in CASA ADB and throughout.

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, management, finance, marketing, accounting, or economics
• working knowledge of cash management, electronic banking, transaction banking, and banking regulations
• At least five to seven years of industry experience in the areas of transaction banking and accounts or relationship management
• Proficiency in customary office software
