Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5 years working experience in the position of Engineering, Marketing or Sales in a Technology Company.
• Fast Response, Responsible and Willing to take up New Challenge.
• Not Afraid of Cold Call.
• Team Player.
• Excellent English communication, Multi-Language Ability is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external parties to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Provide operational support for new projects assigned by Supervisor and NAM Team
• Support Sales team in identifying and driving new initiatives in digging new leads for following up and nurturing
• Perform market research to identify new leads base on focus initiatives
• Use of different platforms to dig out the potential customers’ contacts for outbound calls/emails promotion.
• Draft the promotion contents and make use of collaterals to generate customers interests to AE’s solutions
• Proceed on cold outreach (phone and emails) to turn the Unqualified Leads to Qualified Leads
• Dashboard creation to show the leads generation projects status and result
• Assist in defining and driving sales plans to achieve the sales goals and maximize business development opportunities
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
