Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Sales Officer to drive customer acquisition and expand BPI's presence through strategic partnerships and community-based initiatives. The role emphasizes attracting new-to-bank customers and promoting digital and retail banking solutions.

You will conduct site visits, presentations, and campaigns to generate leads, build relationships with partners, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• At least three years of sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and strategic marketing skills.
• Customer-focused and able to build strong business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drives customer acquisition initiatives to attract new-to-bank customers within the assigned area.
• Sources and acquires quality accounts through area mapping, lead generation, field activities, and partnerships, with focus on Digital Account Opening, Credit Cards, Personal and Retail Loans, Insurance.
• Develops and executes local sales and client acquisition strategies in collaboration with partner segments, products, and platforms.
• Conducts worksite presentations, marketing campaigns, and community engagement activities to generate leads and acquire new customers.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with partners, organizations, and prospective clients to support business growth.
• Promotes BPI's digital and retail banking products and services to prospective customers and partner communities.
• Identifies and pursues new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand market reach.
• Assists customers throughout the onboarding process and ensures the completion of required documentation and administrative requirements.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders and partner groups to facilitate account acquisition and customer onboarding.
• Delivers exceptional customer service while consistently achieving sales, acquisition, and productivity targets.
