Ritual Matcha Co. in Metro Manila is seeking a Business Development Officer to identify growth opportunities in the café and F&B market. You will source new leads across cafés and matcha brands, handle inbound inquiries, and route them to the right sales contact.

The role emphasizes keeping lead records in the CRM, reporting weekly results, and scouting new channels, from expos to online sources, to fuel the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with cold outreach by call, message, and walk-in.
• Organized enough to keep a growing lead list clean and organized.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems before they arise.
• Effective and empathetic communicator with partners, contractors, and internal teams.
• Comfortable using Shopify, Excel, or Google Sheets, and willing to learn new tools as needed.
• Curious about matcha and the specialty café scene.

Responsibilities

• Source new leads across cafés, matcha brands, hotels, restaurants, and distributors.
• Own inbound inquiries from Shopify and other channels — qualify them, then route to the correct point person
• Scout new lead generation channels, from expos and community events to online sources and referral networks
• Recommend which trade events Ritual Matcha should join, and pitch RMC-hosted events
• Keep lead records, handoffs, and conversion tracking clean in the CRM
• Report weekly on lead volume, qualification rate, and handoffs to the Sales Manager
