Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through lead generation, outbound calls, and proposal conversion.
• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Effectively communicate products, services, and value propositions to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and ensure clients understand the terms and conditions.
• Conduct follow-ups to drive conversions and expedite document completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams on account-related and administrative concerns.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
• Submit timely weekly sales and pipeline reports to the Sales Leader.
• Analyze and report on lead generation and conversion metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
