Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Junior Accountant with experience in manufacturing or distribution environments to support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a U.S. manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or inventory-based business.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting audits and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile inventory and related accounts and assist with inventory adjustments and physical counts.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and account schedules.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support audit requests.
