Fresh graduates are welcome; a degree in business or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; some sales/BD exposure is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with lead generation and appointment setting is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels.
• Research potential clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to engage prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain a database of leads and activities.
• Meet lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Collaborate with BD/Sales teams on qualifications.
• Support related business development tasks.
• Track and report KPI progress.
