Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales and marketing, growth, or related roles.
Proven experience in lead generation, prospect research, outbound outreach, and lead qualification.
Experience using CRM systems and managing client, lead, and pipeline data.
Experience supporting email, digital, or LinkedIn marketing campaigns and monitoring performance.

Responsibilities

Research, identify, and qualify prospective clients aligned with target markets and services.
Generate leads through outbound campaigns, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Conduct outreach and follow-ups to generate qualified business meetings.
Coordinate and confirm meetings for business development initiatives.
