Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, delivering AI-native workflows that scale across cases. This role focuses on growth and monetization design, shaping how trials convert to paid usage, and how upgrades are prompted as firms expand their use of Eve.

You will work close to the business side of product, with high autonomy and collaboration, driving pricing decisions that are clear to paralegals and managing partners alike.

Qualifications

• Designed complex, systems-heavy products with growth or monetization in mind.
• Experience shaping pricing, packaging, and upgrade flows for B2B products.
• Strong data mindset; uses experiments to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with AI-native workflows and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Shape Eve's pricing and packaging: usage tiers, credits, and features.
• Own end-to-end growth design: trials, upgrades, and usage visibility.
• Prototype with tools like Cursor/Claude Code and loop in engineering.
• Run pricing experiments and apply learnings to iterations.
• Help establish early patterns for growth design.
