Job summary

Avvoka is recruiting an AI Developer to help define an AI-native engineering team for legal tech. You’ll build in two directions: the customer-facing platform and internal tools that boost team efficiency, while ensuring the AI output is grounded and trustworthy.

You’ll design, implement and ship features using AI agents, craft evaluation suites, and establish guardrails to keep outputs aligned with source documents for high-quality, compliant software.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and systems thinking to model data and fallbacks.
• Experience with agentic coding harnesses like Claude Code or Codex.
• Rigorous, evidence-driven approach to quality and testing.
• Solid grasp of web app architecture, APIs, and databases.
• Genuine enthusiasm for building AI-powered software with autonomous agents.
