Job summary

Execo Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead GenAI-based legal implementations for global clients. You will bridge client legal teams and our technical group, shaping negotiation playbooks and redlining rules while ensuring compliance and risk control.

This role demands seven-plus years in commercial contracts, strong client-facing skills, and a passion for legal tech. You will guide inputs for AI models, support UAT, and translate complex requirements into actionable workflows.

Qualifications

PGQE with 7+ years of post-qualification experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
Experience with US and international counterparties is highly preferred.
Fluent written and spoken English; ability to translate legal concepts for technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops with client legal teams to document contract playbooks, redlining positions, and risk tolerance.
Act as the primary legal SME in client meetings, guiding redlining rules and negotiation instructions for GenAI platforms.
Translate client requirements into actionable inputs for the technical team to configure AI models and prompts.
Review final AI outputs to ensure alignment with legal and commercial requirements.
Support clients during UAT and gather feedback for refinements.
