GrowthAssistant is hiring a Marketing Project Management Specialist to support post-sale execution of integrated campaigns. You will manage project boards, trackers, kickoff materials, timelines, and stakeholder follow-up across digital, influencer, and branded content streams.

The role connects creative, editorial, design, community, and influencer teams to keep campaigns on track. The ideal candidate is highly organized, owns their workstreams, and adapts quickly to evolving processes with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting marketing campaigns in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using Asana or comparable PM platforms to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and dependencies.
• Experience creating and maintaining campaign trackers, project plans, meeting notes, reports, and decks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain campaign project boards in Asana using templates and track tasks, owners, deadlines and dependencies.
• Set up internal docs and trackers for each campaign; capture notes and action items after kickoff calls.
• Monitor timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and flag blockers before impact to delivery.
• Pull campaign metrics and organize them in standardized reports; update recap decks with key results.
• Support internal stakeholder communication and gradually handle external client/vendor communication as needed.
