Tavor Perry is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to grow a founder-led personal brand. You will handle lead generation, sales funnels, email marketing, and brand messaging across multiple channels, with a hands-on approach and strategic input.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to work with AI analytics, and a bias toward practical execution and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead management, funnels, and automation.
• Strong email marketing skills, including nurture flows, segmentation, and campaign management.
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads strategy and the ability to direct ad execution based on performance data.
• Excellent copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to write in an authentic, human brand voice rather than generic AI-generated text.
• Strong sales thinking and the ability to qualify and speak with leads directly.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication.
• Comfortable using AI and analytics tools to support optimization without losing the human quality of the brand.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve lead generation across organic social, paid media, and inbound enquiries, ensuring no lead is missed
• Qualify and follow up on sales leads, and be available to speak with leads directly to move them through the sales process
• Build and optimize lead management workflows, funnels, and up-sell/down-sell pathways in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Manage and improve email marketing flows, nurture sequences, and subscriber campaigns to grow and retain a warm database
• Refine messaging and copy across funnels, emails, newsletters, landing pages, and social channels to match an authentic brand voice
• Oversee and direct Meta Ads strategy, using performance data to guide execution and scale what works
• Structure and optimize landing pages and conversion points using data and tools such as heat maps
• Coordinate lead generation and consistent messaging across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Support blog SEO, newsletter strategy, and broader brand development, including input on offers and courses
• Identify PR and partnership opportunities and work with the founder to set KPIs and support long-term growth planning
