• Proven experience in lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead management, funnels, and automation.
• Strong email marketing skills, including nurture flows and campaigns.
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads strategy and data-driven optimization.
• Excellent copywriting and brand voice ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve lead generation across organic social, paid media, and inbound enquiries.
• Qualify and follow up on sales leads and speak with leads to move them through the sales process.
• Build and optimize lead management workflows and funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Manage and improve email marketing flows, nurture sequences, and campaigns.
• Refine messaging across funnels, emails, newsletters, landing pages, and social channels.
• Oversee and direct Meta Ads strategy and scale effective campaigns.
• Structure and optimize landing pages using data and heat maps.
• Coordinate lead generation and consistent messaging across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Support blog SEO, newsletter strategy, and broader brand development.
• Identify PR and partnership opportunities and work with the founder to set KPIs.
