Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Strong Canva design skills and brand visuals.
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts).
• Familiarity with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with email newsletters and campaigns.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Design branded visuals and graphics using Canva
• Develop and publish short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) to grow reach and engagement
• Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails to support video content
• Draft, edit, and send regular email newsletters to nurture and grow a subscriber list
• Refine AI-generated drafts (from tools like ChatGPT) into polished, publish-ready posts and emails
• Support and help manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
• Track content and campaign performance, offering suggestions for improvement
• Respond to inquiries and messages across social and email channels
• Help build and document SOPs for marketing processes as the business grows
