Job summary

GCash is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to lead online payments growth through data-driven strategies, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You will shape campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across our payments platform.

The role requires proven experience in growth marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage budgets and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth/ product/digital marketing.
• Experience building data-driven marketing strategies for user acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, or revenue growth.
• Strong analytics to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing investments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue planning and delivery for Online Payments by driving MAU, usage frequency, ATPU, and AVPU.
• Identify market trends and growth drivers to support business objectives.
• Analyze performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop consumer insights on behavior, drivers, triggers, needs, and pain points.
• Define and target segments based on behavioral and transactional data.
• Translate insights into growth strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Implement initiatives that drive adoption, conversion, and spending across Online Payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit revenue and growth KPIs.
• Monitor campaigns, identify gaps, and optimize based on data.
