Job summary

GCash is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive the growth and commercial performance of the GCash Cards portfolio. You will own end-to-end planning and commercialization, partnering with Product Management and Marketing Communications to translate insights into impactful growth initiatives.

You will lead campaigns, manage budgets, and optimize performance post-launch, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in growth, product and commercial marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
• Experience translating data and consumer insights into revenue growth, engagement, and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and KPI planning for the GCash Cards business, focusing on MAU, revenue, and ATPU.
• Develop strategies and action plans to hit business targets across customer segments.
• Partner with Product Management to align forecasts and go-to-market plans with product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to build campaigns driving awareness, education, conversion, and usage.
• Review performance with cross-functional teams; identify optimization opportunities.
• Leverage customer analytics and market research to profile users and uncover drivers and barriers.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for communications, product development, and growth.
• Coordinate with Masterbrand and Segment Marketing to align cards initiatives with campaigns.
• Work with Trade Marketing, Finance, Digital Experience, CRM, and other teams to ensure KPI-aligned execution.
• Build business cases and allocate budgets to maximize ROI.
