Job summary

GCash is seeking a Cards Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth and commercial performance of the GCash Cards portfolio by developing and executing strategies that increase MAU, revenue, transaction frequency, and ATPU.

The role will own end-to-end business planning and commercialization, working closely with Product Management, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights into impactful growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field.
• Proven growth, product, or commercial marketing experience in fintech or digital platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and KPI planning, forecasting, and performance management for GCash Cards (MAU, ATPU, revenue).
• Develop go-to-market strategies and cross-functional plans with Product Management and Marketing Communications.
• Oversee campaign execution, budgets, and post-launch optimization to meet business objectives.
• Translate consumer insights into growth initiatives and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution against KPIs.
