Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a senior Growth lead to own digital growth and commerce end to end in a fast‑moving fintech ecosystem. You will drive paid performance, CRM, loyalty, and marketplace presence to boost downloads, activation, and revenue.

You will own the funnel from awareness to retention, optimize CAC/ROAS, and partner with Product to fix bottlenecks. Manila‑based and fluent in Tagalog.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in growth, performance, or e‑commerce for fintech, payments, or transactional products.
• Ran digital performance hands‑on and hit CAC, ROAS, and GMV targets with real figures.
• A 0‑to‑1 builder who stood up acquisition on a thin budget.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital growth end‑to‑end across performance marketing, affiliates/KOL and CRM, website and SEO.
• Own the full funnel from awareness to retention and identify bottlenecks with Product.
• Manage commerce on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and drive GMV and sales.
• Develop activation and referral loops through onboarding and CRM.
