Job summary

BukuPay Philippines is seeking a senior growth leader to own end-to-end digital growth and commerce initiatives in Manila. You will drive performance marketing, affiliate/KOL activity, CRM, and SEO across Meta and Google, while owning storefronts on major marketplaces and livestream selling.

You will turn revenue targets into downloads and activations, optimize CAC/ROAS, and collaborate with Product to fix funnel bottlenecks. Strong analytics and hands-on experimentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in growth, performance, or e-commerce for fintech/payments or transactional product.
• Able to translate revenue targets into downloads and activations.
• Strong numeric and analytics skills with experience in experimentation.
• Manila-based, fluent in Tagalog and familiar with local merchant/creator scene.

Responsibilities

• Own the full digital funnel from awareness to retention and measure progress.
• Lead acquisition to activation and onboarding to drive GMV and CAC targets.
• Manage commerce channels (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and livestream selling as a real channel.
• Drive activation and referral loops to convert new merchants into repeat transacting users.

Job description

• Digital growth end to end. Performance marketing, affiliates/KOL and CRM, website and SEO, paid across Meta and Google. You move downloads, sales, revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
• Own the full digital funnel from awareness through retention [awareness, sign-up, delivery, setup, first transaction, repeat] and find where merchants stall. Work with the Product team to deliver the fixes.
• Commerce. TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada storefronts, plus livestream selling. You own GMV and number of sales as a real channel.
• The activation and referral loop. Turn new merchants into transacting, repeat ones through onboarding, CRM.

Qualifications

Must-have

• 7-10 years in growth, performance, or e-commerce for a fintech, payments, or transactional product, ideally emerging market. You know the acquisition-to-retention funnel.
• Ran digital performance hands-on and hit CAC, ROAS, and GMV targets, with real before-and-after figures.
• A 0-to-1 builder. Stood up acquisition from near-zero and found efficient channels on a thin budget.
• Numerate. Turn a revenue target into a download and activation plan, run experiments, live in an analytics tool.
• Manila-based, fluent in the local merchant and creator scene, and in Tagalog.

Nice to have

• CRM and lifecycle depth [retention, repeat, cohorts].
• Built e-commerce or livestream commerce on TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada, with sales to show for it.
• Hands-on KOL or UGC experience at volume.
• AI-native working style [Claude, n8n]. The team runs lean.
