Job summary

Mynt in Manila seeks a Growth Marketing Manager – Pay Online to drive Online Payments growth through data-driven strategies, optimizing revenue, GTV, and user engagement. You will analyze consumer, merchant, and market insights to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives that move KPIs and growth metrics.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration across teams, and a track record in growth/digital marketing within fintech or payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in growth marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, consumer marketing, or related field.
• Experience developing data-driven marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, or revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and marketing KPIs.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing investments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fintech/payments/digital platforms experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue planning and delivery for Online Payments by driving MAU, usage frequency, ATPU, and AVPU.
• Identify market trends and growth drivers to support business objectives.
• Analyze performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop consumer insights to inform growth strategies and campaigns.
• Define target segments based on behavior and transactions.
• Create learning plans and briefs to strengthen market understanding.
• Translate insights into actionable growth strategies and campaigns.
• Implement initiatives to boost adoption, conversion, frequency, and spend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit revenue and user KPIs.
• Monitor campaigns and optimize strategies based on data and learnings.
• Manage marketing budgets and align investments with growth priorities.
• Establish a test-and-learn approach to improve campaigns and journeys.
• Contribute to improving B2C Growth Marketing team processes.
• Prepare business updates, performance reports, and insights for stakeholders.
