Job summary

CHINT Group Co., Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing and Communications professional to develop local marketing plans, messaging, and campaigns to drive growth. You will work with local and regional teams to implement strategies across digital, events, content, and media channels from our Manila office.

You will manage budgets, measure impact, and create materials with product and engineering teams, while enhancing brand visibility and customer reach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications or equivalent.
• Ability to increase visibility and reputation using marketing tools and techniques.
• Experience measuring impact of communications and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• High adaptability, independence and professionalism.
• Professional writing, editing, speaking and presentation skills; budget planning.
• Strong design sense; knowledge of design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and promotional materials to drive Philippines' business growth and elevate brand image.
• Develop local messaging and branding recognition with local and regional teams.
• Drive digitalization strategies: social media, campaigns, and sales promotions.
• Plan and execute events and trade shows; oversee design and production with the team.
• Create content assets with product and engineering teams.
• Plan and implement direct marketing including targeting, personalization, data analysis and segmentation.
• Manage Marketing & Communications budget and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Support the Marketing team and continuously develop skills and expertise.
