Confidential Client in Taguig City, Philippines, seeks a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, and local operations for the Philippines market. This on-site role requires driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and regulatory-compliant communications across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will oversee local teams and external agencies, align with regional objectives, and ensure campaigns support business growth while adhering to local advertising

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
• Minimum 6-10 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
• Strong ability to manage teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth and market expansion for the Philippines.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital marketing, social media, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Mentor and develop the local marketing team and manage external agencies and vendors.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers, and vendors.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product, operations, and public affairs to ensure brand consistency.
