Confidential Client in the Philippines seeks a Marketing Manager to lead the local marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand growth for the Philippine market. You will manage internal teams and external agencies, ensuring campaigns drive growth while complying with local financial advertising regulations.

The role reports to executive leadership and bridges local execution with regional objectives to maximize brand awareness and customer acquisition. On-site in Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Filipino national.
• 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth and market expansion objectives.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Manage and mentor the local marketing team and external agencies for optimal campaign performance.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers, and vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional teams, product, operations, and public affairs for consistent brand execution.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine financial advertising regulations and governance standards.
