Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• Filipino national.
• 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and brand growth.
• Experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in technology, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong digital marketing, brand management, and performance marketing.
• Marketing compliance experience in regulated industries advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth and expansion plans.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Manage and mentor the local marketing team and external agencies.
• Oversee relationships with advertising agencies, media, PR firms, and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
