Job summary

Global BPO Solution Ltd. seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation for a US-based consultancy serving high-ticket services. You’ll build and optimize the internal acquisition engine and apply those skills to client projects.

Lead funnels, attribution, CRM hygiene, and reporting; work with SEO partners and drive campaigns from concept to measurement. Expect independent, proactive work with US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations with measurable results.
• 3+ years hands-on experience using GoHighLevel.
• Ability to independently build funnels, pipelines, and automations in GoHighLevel.
• Demonstrated email marketing expertise, including segmentation and lifecycle sequences.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client-facing materials and reports.

Responsibilities

• Own GoHighLevel as the core demand generation platform, building funnels, pipelines, sequences, and attribution.
• Create and maintain landing pages and conversion pathways.
• Maintain clean CRM data with deduplication and tagging for reliable attribution.
• Develop reporting systems to clearly show marketing performance.
• Proactively recommend campaign ideas, automations, and platform improvements.
• Build the acquisition engine from scratch, including lead magnets and booking flows.
• Activate a 30,000-prospect database through segmentation and timing.
• Plan and execute email and content-driven campaigns from concept to measurement.
• Coordinate with SEO agencies to align content with acquisition goals.
• Prepare client-facing deliverables and pitch materials from diagnostic findings.
• Build client-facing funnels and email sequences as part of engagements.
• Apply client insights to improve internal marketing systems and campaigns.
• Provide weekly funnel performance reports and actionable insights.
